Dream Series 2: Cebu Infrastracture

With the passing of the 2020 Philippines Budget, Cebu City likewise did a simultaneous signing of its own.  40% of the Cebu City budget was allocated for infrastructure, after the pattern created with the boom of the South Reclamation Project of Cebu City.  The South Reclamation Project now hosts major asian production outfits, with Pixar, Miramax, and Dreamworks production recently unveiling a joint production studio.  The production studios will be contracted to a contruction magnate Mr. Lozada.  Mr. Lozada is in a consortium with Mr. Arroyo, in an IT infastructure project, for Cebu City
