The PASIGARBO SA SUGBO Competition highlights the weeklong celebration of the Province of Cebu’s 439th Founding Anniversary. The street parade and dance showdown was participated by 34 municipalities in the province of Cebu which culminated at the Cebu Internation Convention Center.
CEBU PROVINCE’S FESTIVALS OF FESTIVALS 2008 : STARS ON PARADE
This is one of the 34 contingents of the street dancing parade initiated by the Provincial Government of Cebu called “Festival of Festivals: Pasigarbo sa Sugbo” (Showdown in Cebu). I call this Stars on Parade. I think this was the group that won the grand prize on that competition.
